Ingredients-
1 Cup soft whole wheat flour
1 Cup corn flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 Cup buttermilk
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoons salt (optional)
Directions-
Preheat oven to 425 ° .Combine wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients. Bake in nonstick pan, 9 inches square for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 12.
