Ingredients-
1 cup of butter, softened
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins
Directions-
Heat oven to 350.
Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to butter mixture and beat well.
Stir in oats and raisins; mix well
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool 1 minute on cookies sheet; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
Makes about 4 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies.
