Pumpkin Fudge


Ingredients-
3 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
2 TBSP Corn Syrup
3/4 Cup Melted Butter
1/2 Cup Pumpkin
1 TBSP Pumpkin Pie Spice
1-12 oz package of White Chocolate Chips (not Ghirardelli)
1-7oz Jar Marshmallow Cream
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions-
Stir first 6 ingredients on medium high stirring constantly until it reaches a boil. (about 20 min) Continue stirring until it reaches 234 ℉ (soft ball)
Take off heat and stir in white chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, and vanilla.
Put in greased 9x9 pan and allow to cool.
