Ingredients-
1 cup crushed pineapple
2 cups brown sugar
2 Tbsp corn starch
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
Directions-
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for a few minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool some before transferring to serving dish.
Note- one large can of crushed pineapple makes a double batch
