Blender Pancakes

Ingredients-
1 cup wholegrain  soft wheat
2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs (or egg substitute)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp rumford baking powder

Directions-
Put wholegrain soft wheat and 1 cup of buttermilk in blender. Mix on high for 2 minutes. Add remaining buttermilk and blend again for 2 minutes. Add eggs, oil, salt, and honey. Blend well. Add baking powder and pulse to gently blend. Let mixture set for 1 min. Cook on hot griddle (350 F). Cook on one side until bubbles begin to break then turn over to cook the other side.
