  Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
 
Ingredients:
 1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 C diced Chicken
2 oz Green Chili's diced (optional)
1/4 cup chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 soup can of milk
1/2 pint Sour Cream
 3/4 pound grated cheese
1 dozen corn tortillas or flour tortillas whatever size you want
 cilantro

Directions:
Combine ingredients above and Pour 1/2 the mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan.
Put cheese in tortilla and roll.
Pour the rest of the mixture on top and top with cheese and cilantro
 
Bake 350 Degrees for 1/2 an hour or until cheese is melted. top with cilantro
