Copycat Crumbl cookies
Ingredients:
4 1/2Cups flour
4 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 sticks butter at room temperature
1 1/2 cups brown sugar packed
1 cup sugar
2 eggs room temp
4 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch and salt.
Cream the butter, brown sugar and sugar on medium speed for 2-3 minutes, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
Add the egg and vanilla, beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until JUST combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Weigh dough into 5 oz balls adding 5 to a baking sheet. Cook for 12-13 minutes. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to cooling rack
