Oatmeal White Chocolate Chip Craisin Cookies
1 C salted butter softened
1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
2 1/2 C non-instant rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 C white chocolate chips
3/4 C craisins
Directions-
Preheat oven to 325. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone
baking mat. In a large bowl cream together butter and sugars until
light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix together
flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add dry
ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Stir in
white chocolate chips and craisins. Allow dough to chill in the fridge
for 10 min. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake
for 10-12 minutes. Cool and Enjoy!
