1 6oz Packet of liquid pectin
Directions:
Puree
peppers in blender with part of the vinegar. Clean out the blender with
remaining vinegar. Pour into sauce pan and add sugar. Bring to a boil.
Boil 1 minute and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool about 2 minutes before
adding pectin, lime juice, and food coloring.
