Sugar Cookie:
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Butter
2 Cups of Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 1/2 Cups of flour
2 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease cookie sheet. In a mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add egg and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Dip hands in flour and pat dough into prepared pan. Prick dough with a fork. Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Place on cooling rack
Frosting:
Ingredients:

cold (right from the fridge) and don't use low-fat

powdered sugar

vanilla extract

heavy whipping cream
cold (right from the fridge)
Directions:
Using a whisk
attachment on your stand mixer, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar
and vanilla until smooth. Scrape down the bowl as needed. In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until it become stiff. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
Glaze:
Ingredients:
1 cup mandarin orange juice
1 Tablespoons corn starch
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar (taste it to see if it sweet enough for you and add more sugar if you want to)
Directions:
In saucepan add all ingredients. Stir over heat until it comes to a boil and starts to thicken. Let cool for a couple of minutes.Then pour or drizzle over fruit.
